9. Limitation of Liability

GetTeacherJoy is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including inaccuracies in AI-generated content or lost lesson plans.

10. COPPA Compliance

GetTeacherJoy complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from children under 13. The Service is designed exclusively for teachers and adults. If we learn that child data has been improperly submitted, it will be deleted promptly.
